Cancellation Policy
General Note: If you have any wishes, questions, or issues, feel free to contact us anytime via email or phone. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment: Please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. You can do this easily online, by phone, or via email. Rescheduling to a different date: You can conveniently reschedule online, or simply get in touch with us by email or phone. Switching to a different package: If you decide to go with a different package, please cancel your current booking in time and make a completely new reservation. Late Cancellations If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to retain at least 50% of the price you paid. Of course, we will refund the remaining amount.
