Refund Policy
1. Appointment cancellations by the customer
Appointments can be canceled or postponed free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled shoot.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours or no-show, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked price.
Any advance payments already made will be offset or refunded pro rata.
2. Cancellation by the photo studio
Should the photo studio have to cancel an appointment for important reasons (e.g., illness, technical problems), an alternative date will be offered. If this cannot be arranged, any amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
3. Vouchers
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. If an unredeemed voucher is returned (within the statutory time limit), a refund can be issued if the voucher was purchased directly from the photo studio.
4. Digital content and services
As soon as a digital image selection or processing has been started or a download link has been sent, a refund is excluded (Section 356 Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code), provided that the customer has previously agreed that the service may begin before the expiry of the cancellation period.
5. Satisfaction guarantee
We attach great importance to the quality of our work. Should you nevertheless be dissatisfied, please contact us directly – we will find a solution together. A general refund for subjective reasons (e.g., "I don't like it") is excluded, provided the contractually agreed service has been provided.
